My name is Emma, and I am studying primary teaching at Monash University.
This blog is a reflection of my ever-expanding understanding of Web 2.0 tools, and their effective application as learning objects. Web 2.0 is exciting in its potential for enhancing student learning, and linking students to curriculum and the school community outside school hours. There are also some dangers apparent in utilising Web 2.0 in a school setting, and I hope to learn more about minimising these whilst maximising the benefits for learners.
I am going to explore some examples of specific learning objects, and how they can be used effectively - who with and why they are an enhancement.
